Case Study 4: Seeking to grow its function and wedding business, the club needed a solution. The clubhouse had an open-plan function area, and I proposed installing large floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors to create a separate function suite. This enabled private functions and weddings to work in harmony with the clubs membership and ultimately increasing the club’s revenue.

There had been very limited marketing or dedicated function, Christmas party or wedding sales efforts, no existing database, no form of data collection and very limited marketing collateral. The club also had a sub-standard website which was ineffective at collecting data and generating leads.
