Case Study 1: I have been working with this private exclusive members club since 2019. The club’s membership growth had stagnated, and there were no active sales or marketing initiatives in place.

I was appointed as the club’s marketing resource and membership sales manager, responsible for overseeing all membership sales and marketing activities.

There had been no active marketing or dedicated membership sales efforts, no existing database, no form of data collection and very limited marketing collateral.

 
  • Undertook a competitive market analysis and internal membership audit of pricing, categories
  • Devised a marketing plan and strategy to re-ignite membership enquires and sales for growth
  • Set up Google Ads and Meta Advertising Accounts to promote membership 
  • Built engaging e-mail marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to drive membership enquiries
  • Initiated a new membership sign up process in conjunction with the admin and accounts team using Intelligent Golf 
  • Created and implemented an online membership application form, online membership contract, data collection forms for membership and golf day enquiries using Intelligent Golf to streamline the enquiry and joining process
  • Implemented a CRM to track and manage data and sales
  • Designed all membership collateral, brochures, PDFs, including building new website pages for the clubs IG site
